Jo initially qualified in the beauty and hair industry 25 years ago, buy took an extended sabbatical to experience working as a long haul flight attendant with United Airlines. Establishing á la Natura has been a long term goal of Jo's and she has used her extensive customer service experience and knowledge gained from visiting many therapy centres and spas across the world to ensure that a professional and conductive environment, and the very best products, await all clients that experience á la Natura Boutique Spa.

Jo is a member of the Guild of Professional Beauty Therapists and has continually remained current with new training techniques and initiatives covering all her expertise areas of beauty and massage therapy. When not working in the centre, she loves to spend time with her family and friends exploring new places to enjoy the outdoor life and associated activities.
